Application stores Device information only when you Log In to the system and strictly stops Device information once Log Out of the system. While installing the mobile application the prompt message clearly indicated the user to switch on their phone service to get the Device Information to further install the application. We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable phone services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.

Sales Genie application stores location information only after you PUNCH IN to the system and strictly stops tracking location once PUNCH OUT of the system. While installing the mobile application the prompt message clearly indicated the user to switch on their location settings to further install the application. We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.

TCL Sales Genie allows users to use the app with active live GPS background services.

The consent of the same is informed to the user in the terms & conditions during sign up and along with a pop-up after login into the mobile application. The user at all times is notified about the active live GPS background services.
